Lake Cities Lions participated with other area Lions Clubs in the 2008 Highland Village Balloon Festival.

and Cattle Steak House in Hickory Creek, Texas.

6. Lake Cities Lions Club operated the Registration Booth at the Lake Cities 4th of
July Event and Fireworks Show in Lake Dallas.
The Lake
Cities 4th of July Celebration offered a day full of free fun at the Lake Dallas City Park on Friday. July 4th.
Activities began at 9:00 AM with a parade through downtown Lake Dallas. There were fun activities, events, and
entertainment throughout the day concluding with a Fireworks Spectacular at 9:15 PM.
